  1. Submit Completed Roster with fees Fill out the Tournament Registration Roster
    Mail roster and check to:
    BullDawgs Basketball
    c/o Alfonso Joo
    252 Third Ave
    Daly City, Ca 94014
    Please make checks payable to: BullDawgs Basketball
    On your check memo please put team name and grade. Along with Boys or Girls noted
  2. Confirmation of all participating teams by November 24th, 2010.
    All forms and fees will confirm team(s)
    Incomplete Forms or fees will remove your team from tournament
  3. Each team must provide a contact name of Team Manager/Coach (cell phone). I will be confirming all teams by phone and if I need to contact the team/coach during the tournament.
  4. Schedule to be posted by December 1st @ 9pm
  5. Any Updates to Rosters may be brought to tournament before your first game
