Multiple team ( 3+ ) entries, will be given a credit on registration.

Teams must have "No Schedule Requests" to get multiple team discounts

Download roster form and fill out. Turn in before your first game at check in

STEP 2:

Pay Online Here Please note your team(s) entry fee guarantees entry. If entry fees are not received 1 week prior to tournament date, your team(s) may be bumped/removed. Refunds or credits will not be made unless notified 14 days prior to the tournament.

Confirmation of all participating teams 1 week before tournament date

All forms and fees will confirm team(s) Incomplete Forms or fees will remove your team from tournament
Each team must provide a contact name of Team Manager/Coach (cell phone)
I will be confirming all teams by phone and if I need to contact the team/coach during tournament.
Schedule to be posted by Thursday 8:00 pm before tournament date
Any Updates to Rosters may be brought to tournament before your first game
We will have tournament Directors at each Site
