  • Pay Online Here Please note your team(s) entry fee guarantees entry. If entry fees are not received 1 week prior to tournament date, your team(s) may be bumped/removed. Refunds or credits will not be made unless notified 14 days prior to the tournament.

  1. Confirmation of all participating teams 1 week before tournament date 
  2. All forms and fees will confirm team(s) Incomplete Forms or fees will remove your team from tournament
  3. Each team must provide a contact name of Team Manager/Coach (cell phone)
  4. I will be confirming all teams by phone and if I need to contact the team/coach during tournament.
  5. Schedule to be posted by Thursday 8:00 pm before tournament date
  6. Any Updates to Rosters may be brought to tournament before your first game
  7. We will have tournament Directors at each Site
